I hereby grant to ReserveAmerica, Inc. and its partners, affiliates, sponsors and licensees the right to perpetually use, publish and exhibit royalty-free in any and all media now known or hereafter invented all information and data I submit to ReserveAmerica in connection with my nomination for "Ranger of the Year", including the text of my nomination, and my name, image and likeness (including, but not limited to, any photographs that I may provide) in publicity and marketing relating to submitting a park ranger of the year nomination through ReserveAmerica anywhere in the world. I agree to indemnify ReserveAmerica and all of the foregoing parties for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the use, publication or exhibition of any photographs I may provide.
